False Bill Generation- threatening calls

This is with reference to my connect broadband for which the company is claiming false Bill upon me. Moreover the company agents are threatening me and my family with continuous harassment calls.

Regardless of several requests for disconnection, they have continued generating bills for my connect broadband, in which duration I haven’t even used their services.

Moreover, they are expecting customers to pay bills despite their such poor wifi services. I have to make at least 20 calls in order to get a single wifi problem resolved from their side.

Plus they have my security amount deposited with them. Despite being a loyal customer I have to face all this.

Now I am receiving threatening calls from their agents who claim to be legal personnel, they are harassing my parents every day. I have patients in my family and such harassment is completely intolerable.

I am not living with my parents bcz of job and now this has become a matter of worry for me as they are alone.

Is there any help I could find?
