i am an airtel mobile user my no is 9895333337 and i am using this no for more than 2 yrs i was using it as an postpaid mobile till 06/07/2012 and paid all dues as on date 06/07/2012 and my no was changed to prepaid after that and after that again i have recived a bill over 1000 rs and the company peoples are saying you pay it or we cut your connections why should i pay as i have already paid it on 06/07/2012 and was sad by the company staff that if i pay the amount of 10540 it will be transfered to prepaid pls let me know what are my grounds and what i can do i have all documents pay recipt service request no for post paid to prepaid made on same date
