false balence deduction

Location/place: utaar pradesh

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I am using tata docomo sim of UP East. They deduct 99 Rs on 20th july at 9:40AM
saying that I am using some action game. But i am not doing that I also checked all my history and record but did not find any type of such thing that they are saying. They often deduct balance saying same thing. Please help.
