false assurance from MTS internet connection

Name of company/service: SELF EMPLOYED

I am Devatha B N from gayathrinager. I received a message from MTS mobile/internet connection to my registered mobile no 9845401003 from DM-090000 ON 29TH May 2012.
The message was ” final offer for the month on MTS Datacards. Recharge with Rs 248 and get 1Gb instead of 350mb. Extra benefit credit within 3 days of RC. offer till May 31st”.
As per the message I recharged my internet connection with Rs. 248 on 30th May 2012 but I did not get any benefit from the company. I called customer care and complained about the cheating company had done for me they assured me that would get my benefit and they gave me complaint no JUN/2264 from MTSCOMPL and they told me I would get phone call regarding this. But almost 12 days over till now I have not received any benefits from the company as they assured to me inspite of remainding them several times. The company customer care
people are giving false assurance to the customers. Kindly take action on the company and help us to get justice in this matter.
