We had chosen tata sky over all the DTH connections after hearing lots of praises about it, but dint even have an idea of the trouble we will go througha after paying for the new connection. Took one primary HD+ Rec connection and secondary notmal connection
First of all the secondary connection took a good 4 days to get activated. It run well for 10 days, now since 2 days its gone offair and when called the service provider all we are getting is covering up the fault with false promises.
False promises made by jingalala tata sky :
Even without us asking to attract us an executive said we need not pay for any extra wiring ( all included in the money we paid). Now according to the records the abrupt disconnection is due to the extra wiring cost that dey have deducted from our subscribers account without even informing us….
They promised a free showcase movie which we never got to watch
The promised free 1 regional channel with primary connection which we never got.
Now the secondary connection gone we are being forced to pay extra bucks to get it back… Life is really jingalala
