Falls bill generation

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Nainital&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea cellular ltd</p>I have bought a idea 3G net setter worth rs 2200 with 3G sim (7500440079) on 10-01-2013, which was activated on 19- 01-2013 with plane of rs 750(5gb) for one month but on 24th of same month compny had gerated my bill of rs 2200 and blockd my no. from further surfing even my usag is remaining. in that bill they hav’nt charge any monthly rent and advance rent but charged only for usages, which i got 5 gb for whole month and still my few MB data is remaining. i hv complained so many times in local office but my problem is still unsolved. my no. is still blocked. please take appropriate action for my complain. thanking in anticepation
