I have ordered a lennevo a6000 black form amazon on 1st Feb 2016… The estimated delivery date was 15 Feb. But I have not got my product yet.. I call the amazon several times but my effort goes in vein. They failed to ensure me to give any delivery date.. Although they said thrice that it will be delivered within 48 hrs but they did not do that. The most unfortunate thing is that I can not even track the product now. When I go to track it , I was shown last tracking details on 6 Feb. I don’t know what to do now.
