I recently bought a Samsung galaxy s7 edge in the month of June, I bought this phone because of the water resistant feature, while buying the phone the store person told to buy an insurance for the phone. I asked him do I need an insurance for this phone since it is a water resistant phone, this person told me this insurance is for any kind of water damage and accidental damage. I again asked him any kind of accidental and water damage? He said yes. He sold me an insurance for a company named Gizmohelp
Which I bought along with the phone for around 60000. Now recently about 2 months after the purchase I was using my phone in water and it gave me a problem and for some reason it’s not getting started. I went to samsung service center asked about they told their is a problem with the motherboard and it will cost 14800 then I went to croma Store where I bought the phone from, I spoke to the same person who sold me the phone he told me to write a fake incident on the insurance claim paper because the company won’t accept the actual incident. While buying the phone this person didn’t tell me ill have to write a fake incident and made me talk to a guy from gizmo help and he too told me to write the fake incident accordingly I did it cause i wanted my phone to be repaired, then when I spoke to the gizmohelp they denied my insurance claim because they say it is not covered for the reason i mentioned. Gizmohelp made me wait for a month and made me go round and round by saying it is approved and later saying it is denied. And finally giving me a conclusion that it is rejected. Now here I get to know that gizmohelp is just a mediator actual insurance company who is denying my claim is new insurance company. and gizmohelp has told me finally it is declined. And now I’m speaking to croma Store where I got all the fake promises and the fake promotions for almost a month and till now my problem is yet not resolved. been making payments for a phone that I’m not using for 2 months and going to make another payment in 3 days. Such a disgusting experience with all.
never thought that the people who sold the insurance will tell me write a fake incident to get the cover and even after that I still get rejected. And not even replacing my phone.
BIG LIAR. BIG BIG BIG LIAR.
JUST TO EARN MONEY AND TO INCREASE THEIR SALE VOLUME JUST SELLING ANYTHING RUBBISH.
Wast of total money and time.
So irritated with the whole situation.
