Name of company/service: Standard Chartered Credit card
I am so called “privileged and exclusive” customer of Standard Chartered Titanium Credit Card, which the bank is marketing under the name of saving on fuel purchase and utility bills like mobile, electricity etc.
First their executive sold this card to me saying that a definite saving is their if I use this card on selected Petrol bunks and utility bills, but he haven’t explain me that the minimum eligibility to use this card for those purpose is Rs. 500. So I have to burn my fingers once, as I had to pay Rs. 27 extra on using this card at petrol bunks. Then only I came to know that their is something called “minimum eligible” criteria to use this card. last month I again used this card twice with minimum purchase of Rs 500 and to my surprise this month also I had to pay Rs 10 extra to them, I don’t know on some basis.
The whole point is that on their website also SC has marketed this card as fuel saver card. Then how come every time I am paying more then the actual usage, without any proper explanation.
