Name of company/service: Club Mahindra Holidays
To all those who are planning for taking membership in Club Mahindra Holidays (or has given their credit card details to CMH sales personal), my name is Jeeson and I have taken the Club Mahindra Holidays (here for CMH) membership (Membership id 2484451). During the initial discussion; CMH Sales took my credit card details stating that they will be providing a particular payment structure will be provided to me. And 8 months down the line they have taken 60,000 INR without my authorization from the CC. and they are claiming that they cannot no more ad hear to the promise that they have made on the payment structure. I am not sure how much more money they will take from my CC as they have my entire CC details.
In these 8 months I have made relentless effort in reaching out various CMH levels which didn’t see any result. At the end I got frustrated with the poor response and unprofessional behavior by CMH by taking my money from CC without my approval. I decided to cancel the CMH membership and send out a mail to their so called “[email protected]” email id. It’s almost a month since then; no response. No idea what is going to happen with my 60,000 INR that they have taken? I decided to reach out to CMH office once again; and their answer is as usual “Mr. Bavin is the concerned person. He will call you back in 30 minutes” and that 30 minutes has not happened in last 8 months. I do not even know if Mr. Bavin really works for CMH or if he is a functional character. (As they have done this in the past where they said Mr. Sujith Sebastin is the branch Manager and I need to speak to him to resolve the problems. When I tried to reach him; I realized that he has left CMH long time back)
