Fake products received from Flipkart

I am ​posting this here as I did not get any response from the customer care/ CEO/ Sachin (owner).​
I had ordered Joseph Joseph make products​ (It was mentioned in the make as Joseph Joseph)​: Joseph Joseph Rotary Peeler Pink NA Peeler & Joseph Joseph 85021_Joseph Joseph White, Green Kitchen Tool Set.
Both the products ​were fake​ ​and of a very poor quality. I would have replaced it immediately, but could not as I was out of country and no one was there at my house. ​​When I returned to India, I viewed the FAKE​ product received from ​Flipkart​.​ ​I am a user of Joseph Joseph products and ​know the difference. ​
​I had requested Flipkart to replace the items with the genuine one. The request was send to Customer Care, CEO, Sachin but no one responded.
​​Its sad that Flipkart treats its customer in so shabby manner.
Please refund/ replace.
