Fake Product display on Rediff e shopping

Dear Sir,

I have booked two orders at rediff shopping online bearing order No 11644473 and 11644404. They are reflecting on website that product is available @ Rs1/- per product with extra shipping charge of Rs. 50 per product. I have booked 11 products. Now after three days they have cancelled the product stating that material is not available with them in online shopping. My concern are as follows
1. If material is not available with them they why they have displayed the product
2. They have used the money of the various customers for couple of days and earn interest on it by making fool to customers.
3. They have unnecesarry harrasing the customers b’coz customers are waiting for their delivery of product and after denying may be their customer plan for product has hampered.

I request forum to take appropriate action against such e commerece companies.
