i am existing consumer loan customer of bajaj finserv. when i login to my experia portal a offer is showing your pre-approved personal loan of rs.35000 for 36 months tenure with emi of rs.1643 but when i call up to customer care they there is no personal loan offer for u. thats very ridiculous!!!

I had apply for customer durable product loan loan amount sessions and i had deposited of total amount and i am you regular customer from last three four year and in mean while your tool amount is clear threw S.I without any delay and with good cibil score around 900 score problem is that when i login experia portal offer is showing pre approved loan i had requested the same and loan is rejected due to some stupid reason your agent said you r a fraud customer so we are unable to approve your pre approved loan and also after this my card blocked i am shocked but truth is banal is not believe in customer relation
