FAKE MONEY DEDUCTION

My money was deducted from the balance without the prior intimation and even I didn’t receive the message aftr my balance was Deducted.I called customer care and they told me that you have surfed Internet so somewhere you have clicked red button to download some Southindian content DNDL_HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH _HELLOSTORE1.When I told them I didn’t download anything they said you have sir and you don’t know. This is crazy I have downloaded something that even I don’t know and money Rs.99 got deducted.After few days again they deducted money for something that I don’t have any idea DNDL_IVRALL_CALLCENTRE3. This is the first time i was checking my DEDUCTION I don’t in last 5 years how much they might have deducted my money.And I say many other same complaints In this forum
