Fake & Fraud Call

Just got a call from a mobile number – 8285032098 asking for me, stating my complete name and my old residential address. He said his name was Amit Patel & that he was calling from the Gujarat High Court and there was a case against me for fraud of 40,000 rupees. Initially I was a scared and then I kept asking him what? He kept on talking without stopping to hear my questions. The finally he said that they were issuing a warrant to verify my number and then to another guy with him, he said that. After this he cut the phone.

Felt scared and then thought over the conversation. One he said he was Amit Patel and speaking from the Gujarat High Court and all this he said in Hindi. Where as normally a Gujarati will always start speaking in Gujju rather than Hindi. Then I tried tracking the number online and found that the guy was calling from an AIRCEL number. Now Aircel is not one of telecom operators in Gujarat Circle of that I am sure. Finally the number placed him in Gurgaon Location.

I then called back on the same number using another number I have but it was engaged and I left it at that.

All these point out that this was fraud call and not a real one and some guys were trying to fool me into parting with money.

contact person name preet tyagi from delhi.she gave me the call on 07-Jan-2016 about job opening in L&T powai for backoffice job. she arranged my telephonic interview on 09 Jan-2016.she took 2200.00 Rs for registration for this.the she asked 8390.00 Rs for deposite for training fees which is refundable. then she asked 13500.00 Rs again for deposite which is refundable.then she asked 17500.00 Rs for the same reason & said this is the last amount that have to submit. it will be refundable amount as well. so i submitted all the amount. i cleared my interview & then i received a mail stating that i will receive my affer letter on 24-Jan -2016 after 03:45pm. i have all this mails about this.everything i have in mails.i have not received my offer letter so far. i spoke to multiple people from that department they said i will receive my offer letter on 29-Jan-2016 but again the same story. i have not received that.then they said i will receive my offer letter on 02-Feb-2016.i made so many phone calls & emails but they are not responding properly.so i will request you please look into this issue on proirity basis because it includes lots of money & time.if you need any other information & proof then i can send to you. i have everything in my mails.so pleae resolve this issue ASAP.THANKYOU.

I received a call from 8802147697/8285032098 and asked to pay some amount which was never unpaid by me saying bank loan amount, I have all loan clear, and no pending for anyone. When I asked for details for paying he gave me personal account no, so I denied to pay and he started abusing.

I got a call from the same no.

He told his name Ram Choudhary.

Told me that my ID is being misused and Rs.1500 something’s bill was pending and now its been 6 months so a penalty has been levied on you for Rs. 1 Lac that you have to submit in Delhi High Court.

He also gave my no. to another guy or may be his own another no. 9667363906

Guys, we need to stop this as some unaware people may get scared and deposit money to these fraud people’s account.
