Hi,
I am Zain Lakhani from Goa. I had placed an order for a Philips home theater DSP35E, which was for the price of Rs. 2598/-. I had made the booking for the same on 1st July 2012 and had also made the payment for the same.
I have received the payment confirmation n was assured to get product in 7 working days.
I waited till 10th July 2012 and then called them on 11th July 2012 to ask about my product delivery. The answer what i get from the executive is “we do not have any update about your product delivery and i also don’t know why the vendor hasn’t delivered the product to you”. I told them to check on it and i would call back but when i called again after 2 days i got the same reply we will update you but still nothing happened.
Today is the 19th July 2012 i had called them again and still they have the same answer.
I would request if you could help me out in some way as i am really not happy with such services.
I have also called RK TRADERS to check with my order they say we haven’t got any order with regards to your product.
