Fake Delivery of Products by ZONIIC

I had ordered for 3 pairs of Polo Sweaters through this site @ Rs.799 as per their sale schemes-Size-XL including Rs.99 Shipping charges.

When I received the order the Sweaters were first of all not of my size and also not the one that were displayed on the website/portal/online promotions.
On repeatative mails to their customer care email id: [email protected],I have not received any response from them.( Have all the details in my mailbox).These portal is very active still on Facebook and their marketing promotions are still ongoing and possibly conning people.
I have not got any refund of the monies ipaid, nor did they change the products , not even a size alterations.
I am a vivid shpper through portals and online shopping-never have i faced such a problem, but this is a fake site and are harrasing people. Even their customer care number: 123456789 is Vodafone Customer care Number.
They are cheaters and cheating people.
I strongly recommend to take necessary actions against them and report the complaint for forgery/ conning people and looting people and delivering trash products.

Dear Consumer forum please help me and others retrieving their monies and teach them a lesson.
