I Anwar Ali from Hyderabad I purchased lenovo a 6000 plus white phone on the month of November which was having 5% cash back.

When I have called customer care they have informed me that by January 6th 2016.Below is the mail for reference.

Post after conformation from snapdeal I didn’t received cash back still even after conformation mail.I have been following up with them regularly but very bad response.
They have informed me that I need to wait more 3 months to redeem cash back points.
Its a very bad response expected by them and I have even wrote mail to they CEO kunal even after then issue not resolved.

It’s a very bad response and I am very disappointed with it.Request you to take necessary action.
