On 09/03/2014, I bought an HTC phone (HTC Desire X Dual SIM) from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. On 19/08/2014, the touchscreen of my phone stopped responding and I took it to your service center, V Care IT Services (Ville Parle West). I was told that the phone will be fixed and returned to me in 3 to 5 working days. On the 5th day I was told to wait furthermore as some parts have been ordered from Taiwan. It has been 15 days and I haven”t received my phone and all my phone calls to HTC service center have fell to deaf ears. Also my request for a temporary phone on August 27th hasn”t yet been fulfilled even though I was promised a 24 hour response. I have been without a phone for a long time and I no longer trust HTC service center to fix my phone in good time. I seek either a replacement or refund in the amount of Rs. 10,800 within 2 days. HTC Escalation team is also not giving any response. I called mote than 12-13 times but result same as always.
