Fake Commitment

Dear Sir, I Ram J Gupta having airtel no. 9958393298, I get the mnp offer from airtel executive of plan, which is 500 free min. 400 free sms and 1.5 gb 2g data for Rs. 200 but when my no. has ported and i checked my plan in that i have received only 250 mb data which is not acceptable i called customer care and they told me that in this plan they can only provide 250 mb of data and you make a mistake to listen but i have confirmed it with the karshani solutions from where i have purchased this sim on 28-06-2013 i have called them and asked for this plan and they told me that in this plan they will provide 1.5 Gb of 2g data then why executives are making fake commitments to their customers. I think this is only a trick to increase their sale, if you have commited then full fill your commitments and don’t make any commitments like this, Please do the needful in this regard
