Fake Calls from Delhi High Court

I got the frank call from Delhi. Some one called me and told that cheating case has filed against me.

Full Details are :
Last 7 years itself, am using a Airtel number only(From starting, my network is Vodafone due to uncomfortable reasons, i have switched from Vodafone to Airtel through MNP on 2006). Still now i didn’t use even a single Aircel no. (even postpaid & Prepaid). On today (15-Oct-2014, 3 PM) I got a call from this number 9643179518 from an unknown lady saying a case is filed against me in Delhi court for a 420 cheating case by a Aircel company and I should contact this advocate (Yadhav) 9643179539 (Just have a look at both numbers, only last two digits differ).
then She told that Aircel no. : 7299…565, which i have to pay. I don’t know this Aircel number which has told by that lady. While I called him, he told that speaking from Delhi & also added that I have a bill amount pending for Rs.1024 and if I fail to pay this today by 4:30 PM, an action will take against me. I will end up paying Rs.28,000 in Delhi court.
He told that Case file no. : DLA 129+14 has filed against me for 420 cheating case against me. They told that 2 times sent the notice to this address (72,Nehru colony,4th floor, Korattur, Chennai). This is not my address which has told by yadhav(advocate).
Immediately I received a call from the same lady and she asked me on what have I decided. When I replied her that It’s not my address then how can i pay the bill ? then suddenly she told that an action will be taken against me then she has hung up. After that, He sent message for me that “Mr you don’t make the payment on today, this file will be forward for legal action near by you investigation department with Rs 28000 legal penalty. So, you have to come in Delhi court with your advocate also for fight this case”.
If this is some kind of fraudulent call and has nothing to do with Aircel and you have to find out who those crooks are.
I also wonder how they were able to find my personal details. Please confirm and respond to all.
This has caused so much uneasiness and tension and I’m unable to work peacefully.I have been composing this mail for the past 50 mins in my office instead of working.

I DEFINITELY NEED A RESPONSE FOR MY MAIL !!
