fake calls asking for payment through paytm to recieve expensive gifts

there is a delhi based company called pay online shopping vide contact nos.9911866717 and 9643457329 .they offer free gifts worth thousands of rupees if you pay through them for any online shopping from anywhere.they send their paytm QR scan code to recieve the amount from me .is there anyway to put these fraud people behind the bars
