This has been a very unpleasant experience with Make My Trip. Firstly I booked through Make My Trip.on because I found Laurent & Benon Cottages and Chalet, NAINITAL 2 Bedroom Suite.
Then I get a message at last minute that the vouchers were fake and there was no space in the hotel I had booked .
Then the put me in some “Relax In” premium room, which are very small, which we found after visiting the premises. The so called premium rooms are too small for 4 adults and 1 child. Secondly , there is no comparison of a single hotel room with a 2 bedroom suite originally booked.Besides, the rack rate of the hotel was lesser than that being taken by Makemytrip.
Trying to get full refund. But what about the loss of family vacation and the mental harassment. Who will pay for that ?
This is a case of gross cheating similar to what Tarun Lana faced.
