I HAVE BEEN INFORM ABOUT MY PACKAGE IN WHICH MY 2G INTERNET SERVICE UP TO 1GB DOWNLOAD WILL BE FREE AND I HAD SPEAK REGARDING THIS PACKAGE TO CUSTOMER CARE 11th APRIL 2013 BUT THEY HAD CHARGE ME ON GPRS BASES IN WHICH THEY CHARGE ME 3000/- RS FOR ONE MONTH INTERNET USAGE, ACCORDING TO ME THAT WOULD BE FREE ,PLS NOTE MY CONCERN AND TAKE MY COMPLAINT MY NO : 9819258573.
PLS HELP ME
