Fake Bill, Harassment, Extortion

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring into your kind notice that initially I have taken the prepaid Vodafone Connection no. 8377088019 in name of my wife Mrs. Reena Singh. Subsequently when I felt that charges of services are costlier then I requested for portability of no. to the services of idea. But Vodafone didn’t accept the request and tried to convince me to use their postpaid connection with Rs.199 plan.
During this process my no. was dead the entire time of request for portability and I had no choice to accept their postpaid connection as I didn’t want to forgo my existing Mobile No. During discussion with customer executive it was informed that my prepaid balance will be transferred to my upcoming monthly bills.
I have received my first bill on my home address of month June and same was paid. After this I didn’t receive bill either on my home address or on my registered email id. Subsequently I have opened My account services online and then I was only able to see my July month Bill and knew that Mis. Credit charges of Rs.216 was added in my bill.
I tried lot to know the meaning of this charges but none of the executive helped me out and convince me that why these charges add in my bill.
I was completely perturb with the behavior of Vodafone customer executives and decided to discontinue the services and towards same I have forwarded the email dt.13.08.2014 to Vodafone.
Subsequently after a long discussion with one of the executive of Vodafone on 22.08.2014 wherein he agreed that mistakenly Rs.216 was added in your bill and ready for giving me a waiver of Rs.500 from my bill and also requested to continue the services.
Despite my several requests Vodafone company till date did not sent the full & final settlement of my bill and harassing me by giving numerous of unnecessary calls at any time and mails.
Sir, what I understand that Vodafone or any company are facilitated with all resources that’s why they are extorting & harass general public by sending legal notice which obviously a laymen could not understand and reply.
I request to take appropriate action towards Vodafone company and let me come out with the existing problem as I am mentally getting disturbed day by day by attending their calls and preparing replies of their emails.
Sir if possible kindly send me your email id so that I can forward the mails exchanged with Vodafone company for your consideration and understanding.
Regards
S.P.Singh husband of Reena Singh
