my company has taken corporate connection from airtel.some sales person visit to our office and give that corporate connection.we told him that currently we dont need that but he told me just do all the formality.if you dont need it we will give it to safe custody and there would be no charge for that.we told him that we dont need that.he told me that we have some target and all.so please take this and there would be no charges.after one month and two month i called him up but he did not response.then i talk to customer care they said me that it was totally miscommitment.just drop a mail to close the account and said to do the last dur amount and surrender all that no to head office.i did all the procedure and write mail to airtel lots of time,surrender their no.paid last due amount.after that many of executive come to office for payment i told them all that and they take print out and said that it will closed.but still i received sms regarding that.they harassed me mentally many times.so please take the action against him.connectio was by name of shakti plas industries
