<p><b>Location/place</b>: Srinagar</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Airtel</p>I have submitted two reports already but today again i got a call from airtel customer care he said me i will call back you later but after sometime i got again message and said me in that message “Namaste!Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile 8491004122 has been resolved to your satisfaction” i want to know what is this? this is only a thug to customer. i want to know what i have to do again? this is not a care of customer by airtel. this is fake company. i request you sir please ban this fake company.
