I am unfortunately Indiatimes customer Abhinav singh Baghel(09028523557),I ordered a Micromax Funbook under times of india readers offer advertisement given 16 Apr.My order no is 3002220957.In ad Indiatimes gave offer Funbook+Tata 3G Dongle.I received my Funbook in 3 days but did not receive tata dongle till now just because of Indiatimes inefficient
and hopeless and also most irritating service.Under 7 days I went to TATA outlet then they told scheme is over 3 month ago…I communicate to Indiatimes customer service on 09024666666 many times as given below
1.From TATA outlet in speaker mode with TATA Empolyee: Indiatimes response was Dont worry sir you come back we will provide you by courier.
2.After 4 days I call back: Indiatimes response was Sir we delivered Indiatimes dongle it might be late because of non-working days.
3.After 2 days I called: Indiatimes response was No sir we cant provide you.It can be only given by TATA outlet.
4.After 4 days I go TATA outlet they also repeat Offer closed and all that.I called Indiatimes customer care : Indiatimes response was Sir time is over for collecting Dongle.
5.Last time call 7 days ago:Indiatimes response Sir I personally talk to Nagpur TATA outlet & solve your Problem.
First time I deny to purchase from Flipcart and try Indiatimes shopping.My experience was burst.
Plz help me to give punishment to Indiatimes for Fake ad’s in newspaper.
