Failure to refund deposit money. Customer ID: 992512

My name is Deepu Longjam, I was using You broadband services for quite long time. When I was about to reallocate to another I disconnected their service and moderm was taken back by the company. I was informed and given word that the deposit money which I paid will be return after 45 working days that for me its been more than 2 months. I have called several times and they have given several complaint numbers as well (FIY:2015013017966 Cus. exe. Name: Yadav, 09892778787; 2015012208683; 9089207010). These are numbers given to me, what i should do with it. Instead of giving me some randoms numbers, just refund back my money. I have doind some online research i found out that there are people who hasnt got there money at all which they have disconnected six months before. So I would like to request consumer forum that kindly take necessary actions to resolve this type of fraudalent behavior and to serve customer in good manners. Thanks and regards Deepu!
