Failure of resumption of bond

I have purchased a LCD from Videocon industries with which company has given me bond of rs 11000 which has been mature in May 2017 I have sent all the required documents to company and confirmed from office that all the required documents have been submitted My bond number is 19028 now company is not giving me any amount and compelling me to buy their product pl help to mature bond amount
