failure of non-refundable scheme

Amazon.in is a online retailer company. I had purchased 4 cushions from there on 14 july’14. i received order within 7 days. and it was damaged due to bad packaging.
so i tried returning policy of the company, according to which they should get it from the mailing adress, and than pay back my amount.
But its now about 1 month and they neither taken back cushions nor gave my money back, and had called 3 times…always asking for mu mailing adress and mobile number.
