sir , I have purchased reliance netconnect 1x tongle(data card number 7483331270) on oct 2011 with one year warranty but after 8 months it fails to work.i returned it to distributor for necessary action. even after 4 months he does not returned repaired tongle. when contacted reliance cust.care they are also refused to resolve Saying it is matter between you and distributor . so please resolve my problem. distributor is not responding
