failing to refund

I had ordered for 3 pants in whaaky.com (order no: S80891114) and received the goods on 25/8/2015. I ordered for size 34” and I received pants which are too small. It’s not at all 34” size when measured. Looks like it’s too local. All 3 pants are of same color and very cheap quality. Hence as per the customer care and mail instruction I returned the products to your returns section. I got a mail stating the products has been received and they asked for account details which I sent them on September.

I got a confirmation mail stating the account details has been received and they would be refunding the amount. Even after 2 months there was no signs of refund and when I called they said they didn’t receive any mail and asked me to send it again. I did the same and they sent a mail stating account details received and refund pending. Since then I am calling every week and each of them who picks the call says it will be done in 4 working days.

They have sent numerous mails stating refund will be processed within 4-7 working days and it’s still not done. I spoke to couple of Team Leaders and they assured the same but it was also a fake resolution. They even said they would call me back and give updates regarding the cheque deposit. A TL named Dheeraj spoke to me and gave a landline number and said it would connect to him directly (040-66228225) and when I call it says please check the number and dial again!!

I spoke to your executive on 18/1/2016 morning and he said TL Dheeraj is not available and he has gone to bank. When I asked about his landline number not working he said he might’ve disconnected the landline and left and from there whole day I couldn’t get connected to customer care. I called the next day on 19/1/2016. The executive spoke so rudely and carelessly telling, “If you are not listening to what I am saying I will cut the call. If you want you go complain, you have address in our website and disconnected my call!!!!

Just for my refund I have spent more than 2000/- to call you every time till today because your customer care number is a landline number and it charges Rs. 3-4 per minute. I should call at least 10-15 times then only it connects to a representative.
