I had bought a karbon A1 mobile from adexmart & there was problem with the ringer so i had called but karbon customer care & came to know that IME no is not updated with karbon so they will not provide the service. I was following with adexmart & after 10 days they i had sent mobile back to adexmart for the refund(adexmart courier had sent theire courier person for phone pick up on 14th june). Till now i have not received a credit in my account
