Failed to keep to their commitment’s

Location/place: ALIBAG (MAHARASTRA)

Name of company/service: AQUA ASIA (spetraguard)

I was purched water purifier of Aqua Asia company from Balaji Enterprises, they told me that the prouduct name is dolphin UV-CT-III but the same name is not mentioned anywhwere in the product,and there is not a serial no.in the product. Also they had not MRP list.They have installed a local purifier and take Rs.8000. I want my money back.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful
