dear sir,
i have orderd a mobile phone (sony experia sola) from this online shoping portal on 27th of june 2012 and made the full payment of Rs. 15,891 through VISA debit card, ive recieved the receipt from the portal for the same. portal claims that the product will be delivered to you at maximum of 15 working days but the situation is that now 20 working days have been passed and no produck has been shipped by them, the status on site for the order still comes “awaiting shipment”.
sending them complaint mails and calling on their support line for several times but no positive response from thier end yet. please help.
