I Mr.FIROZBHAI RAHIMBHAI KALAVADIYA (hayate GJ-3FJ-6281) hereby sharing with you some tells about the respected services of the suzuki motorcycle dealer at GONDAL that I was facing accident with my bike on last 16th august, 2015 so after my hospitalisation I was register for insurance claim with ICICI LOMBARD (claim no.MOT- 04828828) on 18th august, 2015 and after it I was put my bike at the showroom’s workshop located ashapura chowkdi NH-8b GONDAL named PATEL SUZUKI, at there I was met with workshop’s worker Mr. UMESHBHAI and Mr.SINGHAVBHAI, they both were completed my bike’s service memo and job card and after it they were tell me that your bike will be complete after 15days because at here we have not available the spare parts for hayate so we will mailing to company for collecting the spare parts and after receive the spare parts we will complete your bike, but then nobody was contact to me for my bike completing but yesterday I was contact to workshop by phone calling and then again I was hearing the same answer that we have not received the spare parts from company till now…
so I am very disappointed about the services of SUZUKI COMPANY and also the insurance company ICICI LOMBARD…
I also want to submit the claim for my financial lost due to giving me late and very poor service

We understand that our claims official Mr Vinesh Pattanai and Mr Srikant Singh has contacted you on 15th August 2015 and updated you that the spare parts are not available at dealer point and also provided you another options for the same.
