Extremely Poor service @ Honda Service centre

I have given my Honda Dazzler vehicle to your service centre as I purchased the vehicle in your showroom itself,

Nerve wrecking is an under statement to give you a quick synopsis, I met with an accident on 28th June & have registered a claim with

My insurance company and the inspection was done at your service centre on 1st July, however it’s been more than 14 days your staff executive

says they do not have the spare parts and they are helpless and they have already ordered the spare parts from the head office, I have been listening to

the same story when ever I approached them.

I would like to ask why do you sell the vehicle if you do not have the spare parts distributed to respective showrooms, I am totally

shocked with the kind of service you folks are providing to your customers.

I regret to inform that the service at your service centre is extremely unsatisfactory, I would request you to please take immediate steps

to ensure my vehicle is delivered to me by tomorrow EOD.
