Dear Authorities,
I have been using Tata Docomo
Services for a long time now just
because of its internet plan. Although i
have been facing problems since
begining but now it is really bothering.
I opted for tata docomo just because of
brand value of tata but this is matter of
sheer surprise and regret tht i found its
services extremely poor and
probelmatic tht today i am forced to
write such a harsh complaint. Their
customer care of haryana region is
highly incompetent in handelling any
sort of complaints. With their way of
talking i feel as if they are not even well
qualified… i have been facing dozens if
problems in last 2 months nd every
time i reached their customer care i got
a
dissatisfactory answer. There system is
so problematic that after talking to any
customer care executive once i dont get
to call again during tht day even if i try
hundred if times nd only its the next
day when i can talk to any of the
execytive again. And even thn my call is
transfered to some so called senior
staff who are again no better than first
line executives. When 4 days back i
opted to
change my caller tune i culdnt do
that by sending sms on Call Me Tunes.
After trying it for several times i
called customer care and asked for
help. Customer care executive enquired
my problem and in a hurry applied a
sad version of the song instead of the
normal version for which i have been
charged 15 rs… and now when i want
to get the thing rectified i am getting
svere problems. Every morning i try to
talk to their executives but they just
listen to my problem, make me hold
the call for some time and then
dissconect the call. Please provide me
justice and resolution to my problem.
