I posses a Vodafone number 9867368920.My normal monthly bill is 2-3000/-. Last month I received bill of Rs 18000/-. Itemised bill shows use of GPRS to the tune of Rs.15600/-which is not used by me. On my compalint at all levels from customer service to Nodal appealet I recd a monotonus reply that bill is system generated and itemised bill shows use of internate on three 3-4 perticular days and bill is correct.
They are unable to answer my following questions
1.If my limit is 11000/- how can I get bill Rs 18000/-
2 Itemised bill shows every call details costing Rs 0.50 but details of interante site used to generate Rs 15600/- is not available with them.
They informed that due to my handphone Samsung galaxy II this use happened and denied to reverse the bill.
Please take the matter with the Please take the matter to Vodafone and give me justice.
