Today I would like to make a complaint against Bharti Airtel Limited, providing Direct to home Dish Tv Services, from past 2 days, Customer ID : – 3000023330 I am not able to view any channels through Airtel Service, its giving an error a Signal Lost Error Code (B001), When called up the customer care number, they say that the engineer will visit the your house and will solve your problem, but I have to pay Rs. 125/- as visit charges to the engineer. I requested them that the issue is been pertaining from your end and to solve your issue why are to charging me, I said I won’t pay the call centre executive upfrontly said that then the engineer will not visit. Over here the question is of not Rs. 125/-, But why should I pay him the charges when the service provider is not able to give me the service, upon that this service providers have prepaid services, means we pay them in advance and thereafter if any service issue arises, we are the people who have to pay them their visit charges to solve their own problems, After this when I asked him to take down my disconnection request, he was very happy to note it and in within few seconds my request was been generated and also I have recieved the Service Request SMS. Such gaint names in the market but are crying of Rs. 125/- visit charges…….Please help me to resolve my issue…..
