i rahul, booked 2 couriers via blazeflash courier services to mumbai and bhubaneshwar with their tracking number 211500394 and 211500086 resp. the former one was booked on 21st of june while the latter on 25th june’12. through the tracking facility available i could know that the courier to mumbai had already reached on 25th june to ghatkoper office but from there on there has been no proceedings. making innumerable calls only gave me that the parcel has not been received yet and its misplaced. while on the other hand the callous attitude in bhubaneshwar office was at its height with no one bothering to pick up the phone calls for last 5 days. their office numbers are as follows : blazeflash (mumbai) : 9594283322/8652586545/25167383

i want strict action to be taken against such inefficient service [providers who claim to be the most sorted out in the industry.
