Extremely Bad Service Provided By Sony Mobiles

I had a problem with my mobile’s touchscreen(Sony Xperia Mini Pro) response within warranty period. I went to a Sony Authorized Service Centre in Rashbehari,Kolkata-Neosa Electronics,and gave my handset on 19th of June,2012. There they said that it had a hardware problem which will be solved by 10-12 days maximum. However after 10-12 days had gone, I called them on 4th July and they said that the parts required has not arrived yet. As they guided me,I even made a complain regarding this, which they said will be solved within 3 days. On 9th of July I called again and they said that the parts still didn’t arrive. I talked to a senior executive who I suppose was in charge of my case. He committed to me that within 17th of july I will receive my handset at the service centre. I called again on 18th July they said that the parts will be available soon and I shall receive my handset by 25th July, and committed this time also and said that this is the last request they are making. So I called on 25th(today as i am writing this), and they again said that parts are awaiting and I shall receive my mobile by the 1st week of August.
I would request you to please look into the matter as it has been 36 days, and they are just making commitments and not abiding by it. I feel that I am surely being cheated.
