I recharged for 12 month as an offer given by them that I will get 2 months free.i recharged on 29 April and noticed next recharge date as 30/12/18.i called them and told them. They said they have provided two free channels previously which is chargeable now.. Advised I don’t need those channels. Said can’t change that. Customer service agent are pathetic and they argue with customer unnecessary without any resolution. Refuses straight away. Then just to escape they transfer to sup. Long hold no response.
