1) MMS Charge Rs 21 – At a time 6 MMS 04/08/2014 8:48:29 with on same time in terms of Sec also and 1 on 10:10:40 on same day.
2) Download Charges- Rs. 99 – Shot Format Download- I didn’t use any such site or download any such application.
As you said its Smart Phone, it also show every usage on mobile regarding MMS or Downloads or call. I checked Thrice but i didn’t find any such kind of Usage.
As i already paid Bill, for no further hassles regarding payment, i really don’t satisfied that you charges for above such complaint. So i humble request to Vodafone pls revise the Charges. Because i am not at all satisfied with you Answers you provided.
Or Provide we such usage proof or i have proof on my mobile i didn’t download such app or Site.
