Vodafone has charged Rs. 828 as Downloading charges for various items as “vuclipindia_pack75” – 6 times of Rs. 75 each on 2 consequtive days, “mplex_ap_100” for Rs. 100, etc.
As per Itemise bill also downloading is 0.00KB. Than why such additional charges are imposed ? Answer from consumer care was this might have done by us, but we are sure we have not done and same was reflected in downloaded KB usage.
Request authority to look into such unlawfull and malacius activities by company and to direct them to refund my money.
