I had been using Tata Photon + unlimited, since quite a long time, under account number 936648938. But, due to change of my plan to 512 mb/month, I was billed Rs. 8337/-, on account of extra usage. However, in the letter DATED 25.06.2012, sent to me by Tata Teleservices Limited, the net payable amount was negotiated to Rs. 4200/-. But, even after payment of the amount settled, I am being continuously harassed and threatened over telephone, for payment of the extra amount. I request for justice.
