My name is Meetkamal Singh, contact number 8728999292. I got my bill around 3100 in which data over usage charges are 1300 which applied on the same time when booster pack was activated. I repeatedly call the customer service to let them know, they said sir don’t worry whatever over charges are they will waive off in the end. Now that my bill came I called them again and tell them to clear the extra charges they filled the complaint but after 2 days they said we can’t remove that charges. Now they want me to pay for my booster pack and extra data usage charges for the same time.They gave commitment before that don’t worry sir you will not be charged extra. I request you to listen to the recordings and clear this issue. I am already tired of all this. Atleast don’t harras customers. If you listen to recording, you’ll know how much I have to suffer because of this company. Please clear this so I can pay the bill and port to another company. I even spent so much on calling them. Customers means nothing to idea.
