Extra Amount Charged

Dear Sir,

I booked flight ticket for me and my three friends from makemytrip.com. The amount that was shown to me was 15,669 /- . The tickets were booked for a Air Asia flight from Bangalore to Chandigarh.

The bill that was sent to me was like this :
3 Tickets at 3690 Rs
1 Ticket at 3999 Rs
and convenience charges of 600 Rs
If you will add this, you will get a sum of 15,669. That was what i paid for but they charged Rs 16,469 from my bank’s website which i didn’t catch during making payment. Later on when i checked my transaction details in my bank passbook, i was amazed to see that i was charged extra amount.

Now i write a complaint to makemytrip telling them what has happened and in reply they send me another invoice with the changed info and they added Rs 200 on all the tickets. The place where i caught them in the invoice was that in the sum, the total was again different. I have both the invoice and it can be clearly observed that data was manually changed by the company.

I want to officially make a complaint against makemytrip. They are doing it for many days with my colleagues and friends who don’t really want to stand against such kind of acts.
