Name of company/service: BSNL blackberry service
This is with regard to you Blackberry BIS service. I am a consumer of BSNL Blackberry. Im
using BB service since last 6 months.I was facing problems of network while using BB
service since 23rd August. I have made complaints to your service centres since then, after
which I received a call from local BSNL office Ph No. 0771-2221200. My services started after
16days i.e. on 08/09/12. After follow up everyday n registering the same complaint 3-4 times
it took 16 days to resolve the complaint. As informed by the technical person at BSNL, there
was some technical network related fault at BSNL’s end.
I had recharged with the unlimited voucher of Rs.410/-, on 23/08/12, valid for 30 days. Out of
the 30 days validity for unlimited pack, I did not receive the service till 08/09/12 which is
more than 15days. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and extend the validity
of my plan for 15 days.
Looking forward for a urgent solution to the problem.
